I WON'T draw:• Bigotry of any kind (racism, transphobia, homophobia, any type of extreme-right wing/nazi rhetoric, and others)
• Depictions of pedophilia, zoophilia, incest, etc.
• NSFW, gore, and others are up to discussion.Besides that, I'm open for basically anything. I consider myself a particularly good painter and pony artist. I'm not great at backgrounds or stuff that requires intricate detail such as mechas, but I'll give it my best shot if that's what you'd like.For references of my artwork, please see my portfolio.

This is a very basic guide, in case you've never commissioned an artist before and you're anxious about what to do. If you already have an idea how it works, this can be skipped.ㅤ
1. Contact me about your commission. All contact information is available on here. A simple "hi there!! can i commission you?" is already wonderful.2. I'll reply to you and send you my commission info (aka. this website). Before going foward, please go through my prices and TOS.3. After you've taken a look at prices and terms, and decided that you're okay with them, present me with your idea for the artwork. Descriptions are fine, but reference images are highly appreciated. Please refrain from using AI generated images, but anything else is you can give is awesome!4. Chatting. We'll chat about your idea. Setting, characters, deadline, etc. etc. If I see that your commission is something that works with my schedule and range of abilities, I'll let you know.5. After I confirm that I can in fact do your commission, I'll calculate the price and send it over to you.6. After paying, your commission is green lit and I'll begin working on it as soon as possible! :3

By commissioning me, you - the client - automatically agree to the following terms.
As such, I'll always work with the assumption that the terms have been read in their entirety and the customer accepts all of them.
ㅤㅤI'm always open to any questions regarding these terms or my prices.1. Payment
• All commissions will be paid for in USD.• Full Payment upfront through Ko-fi. Paypal is available as an alternative, but Ko-fi is strongly preferable.• I won't issue any refunds unless a mistake has been made on my part. This is mostly due to Paypal's international currency conversion fee, which is charged on all transactions made through either payment method. If you'd like to learn more, please visit Paypal's official resources.• If you are located in Brazil and/or have access to Pix, the three clauses above can be discussed.• All prices listed are in USD.• All prices listed refer to one character & a simple background, both featured in the same artwork.• "One character" entails a singular character (1) present in the artwork in any form. Extra characters are 50% of the price of the full artwork. This condition only applies if the characters are interacting with each other in some way. I.E.: In a character lineup, each character would be charged separately.• "Simple background" entails any background that doesn't require large amounts of time or labor to be made. Examples would be a blurry picture or a flat color. Price for detailed backgrounds will vary according to complexity.• I'll make any changes you want to the drawing during the initial sketch phase. After the first sketch is approved, any big changes to the artwork will have an additional fee applied. Minor changes to the artwork are allowed during anytime and won't have any added cost. The price of said fee will vary according to the complexity of the change made.• Discounts can be discussed for large orders.ㅤ
2. Rights to the Artwork
• I retain all the rights to my work, finished artwork and WIPs, this includes using it for self-promotion, publishing it on any galleries such as my portfolio, posting it on any of my social media profiles (Bluesky, Tumblr, Instagram, etc.) and others. If you don't want yours to be made public, or would like me to wait a certain amount of time before doing so (I.E.: You commissioned a cover for a story and would like me to wait until the story is published to post the artwork), just tell me and I'll gladly respect your request to do so. No extra fees apply here.• Once paid for, the drawing belongs to you and you can do whatever you want with it (profile pictures, icon, avatars, wallpapers, uploading to personal galleries, etc.) as long as proper credit is given and these terms are respected.• My art is for personal use only. The license for commercial uses will be discussed on a case by case basis. "Commercial use" entails any use of the artwork for an activity opens way for the commissioner to profit from the art.• I have the right to refuse any request I'm uncomfortable with.• All artwork will include my signature in one or more places. You are not allowed to remove or edit it.• Editing the artwork is allowed as long as proper credit is still given and these terms are respected.• You are not allowed to use my art for NFTs or run it through an AI under any circumstances.• If my work is used in any way that disrespects these Terms of Service, including but not limited to: using it commercially without the commercial license, editing my art to remove my signature, editing my art to include any sort of bigotry/any of the problematic depictions cited here; You will be blacklisted from my commissions indefinitely. Other measures may be taken according to the gravity of the situation.

3. The Drawing Process
• I'll keep the client updated on the entire progress of the drawing until it's completion. You can ask for an update during anytime as well.

• I'll only move on to the next step of the drawing when the current wip is approved by the client — if you have a tight deadline for the artwork this is specially important.• Please be mindful that I do have a job and school to attend to outside of art. I may not be able to respond to you immediately or accommodate ultra tight deadlines. In the same way, I don't mind late responses from the client, as long as you keep in mind the above clause.• Delivery time depends entirely on the deadline the client has for the artwork. If no clear deadline is established, I will work on the commission on my own time, this could mean days or months. If I can't meet the deadline established, the client will be informed preemptively.• The finished piece will be sent through e-mail to avoid loss of quality.
